First of all, I'd just like to begin by saying that this recipe is the devil. Seriously. I saw it on The Girl Who Ate Everything via Pinterest and it's been in the back of my mind for months. I just HAD to know what it tasted like. So when the opportunity arose to take it to one of my jobs, I had to take advantage. Just a fair warning here that you will NOT want to make this and leave in it the fridge at your house, because I'm pretty sure it will make you gain at least 20 pounds. Make it for someone else and let them gain the weight (while you set a little bowl of it aside for yourself).
Here's what you'll need....
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, slightly softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups rolled oats, old fashioned or quick
2/3 cup plain M&Ms (give or take)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, slightly softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups rolled oats, old fashioned or quick
2/3 cup plain M&Ms (give or take)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
First, add your cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter into a bowl and stir with a hand mixer until blended.
Next, add in the powdered sugar, flour, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir with hand mixer until blended.
Now, start adding about 1/2 cup of the oats in at a time until you reach the consistency you desire. Fold in the oats with a wooden spoon.
Lastly, add in your chocolate chips and M&Ms.
When you're done just put it in a container and stick it in the fridge. Serve it with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.
Yummy!!!
