Thrifty Thursday #9

I'll be honest, I don't usually even buy tissue, but I guess I will now because I'm keeping this beautiful tissue holder!

I was super pumped to find some vintage Halloween decorations, still in the package.  I'll admit that I kind of want to open it and have a little party!

I thought these little children's plaques were cute, and I love the "welcome to our home" tile.

I love the goofy-looking fruit on this carafe.

And the clothes... There's 2 Diane Von Furstenburg  button up shirts in there, along with a sweet pink trench coat.  I was tempted to keep the red dress, but it just doesn't seem quite right on me.

And more clothes!  I love the polka dot romper!  I really tried to squeeze myself into that blue floral dress, but my boobs were not going to have it.

I got all this, plus more clothes, books, a few records, and some other miscellaneous things for $40.00.  I was pretty pleased with myself.  And I did end up keeping a few items clothing items aside for myself.  It's amazing what items I pick out thinking they would never work on me, then when I try them on they are magical.  That's the glory of thrifting!

    1. I think you would like it, but it might be a little too big for you. You're good at sewing so you could probably alter it!
