So at my previous job, I had a small part in opening up the new Rivermarket (aka Farmer's Market) in Tuscaloosa. On Cinco de Mayo they had their grand opening and I couldn't be prouder of what they accomplished. There were lots of vendors with all kinds of fresh vegetables, crafts, and tons of activities for the kids. There was also a HUGE turnout of people which was awesome. It's great to see so many people supporting their local community and farmers. I hope they keep up the good work!
